This sealer only needs to be applied once, and it can protect the stone from any color base stain for 25 years with a manufacturer backed written warranty. Regular cleaning is still required, but it would be much easier.

Cinder block is probably one of the most porous building material. We sealed half of the block with Dry-Treat Stain-Proof Plus, and leave the other half raw.
